ADMISSION & WITHDRAWALS

1. The child should have completed 2 years of age as on the day-of commencement of the new session. 
2. The management acting through the Headmistress reserves the right of admission to any without furnishing reasons. 
3. For withdrawal of pupil from the school a monthly notice must be given in writing. 
4. The management acting through the H.M. will request the withdrawal of a pupil who fails for two collective years in the same class. Irregular attendance, unjustified and unexplained absence may result in the removal of a student from the school. 
5. Parents not showing sufficient interest in the progress of their wards and failing to comply with the rules given will be requested to withdraw their wards from the school at the end of the session.

FEES

For School Fees, refer to the Book. 
1. Fees must be paid in cash at the school counter. 
2. The school fees cover twelve calendar months and is to be paid by the 10th of each month on working days unless otherwise notified. 
3. A late fee of Rs. 5/- per day will be levied if the fees are paid after due date. 
4. No reduction is made for holidays or broken periods due to absence of the pupil from the school on/or for any other reasons. 
5. Pupils whose fees are long overdue may be barred from appearing in examinations and are liable to have their names struck off the rolls. 
6. Pupils joining or leaving the school during any term will have to pay the tuition fee and annual fee for the whole session. 
7. Fees for the months of June, Oct. / Nov. and Mar. must be paid in advance before the school closes down for vacations. (As per ratifications in the school diary). 
8. Fees once paid are not refundable. 
9. School reserves the right to charge any form of fees. If and only necessity arises. 

Note: Fee in any form paid is non-refundable.
